When Applying, We Will Guide You Every Step of The Way

Step 01
Choosing The Right Course
Choose what course you want to take and where you want to take it. Browse all Russian Language Courses and talk to us to get more information about your options.
Step 02
Apply For Your Course
Send us your completed application form and a copy of your passport. If you intend to travel to other cities while you are in Russia, please clearly indicate this on the form. It takes approximately 6 weeks to process your application and issue a Letter of Invitation. We advise you to apply for your studies 3 months before the intended start date. Students from the EU (except for UK) who plan to take a course for 3 months or less, and who do not wish to extend their visa while in Russia, will receive a Confirmation Letter from their Russian university within 1-2 weeks. T&Cs apply.
Step 03
Receive the original Letter of Invitation (or Confirmation Letter from the university you applied to) by post. In some cases you will be sent an electronic Letter of Invitation which you will receive by email. Check all the requirements for a Russian student visa on the official Russian Embassy website, specific to your country of citizenship. Gather together all the documents the embassy requires and apply for your visa. We recommend you apply for your visa at least 3 weeks prior to your travel. Step 04
Final Arrangements
Send us a scan of your visa and the exact dates of your arrival and departure. Please note that you can arrive 2-3 days before the start date of your course, providing your visa is valid. You MUST leave the Russian Federation no later than 3 days after course completion. We issue the invoice for your tuition, transfer, courier delivery of your Letter of Invitation, and your registration fee. Full fees have to be paid prior to arrival. Proof of payment should be kept and sent to us as soon as it has been made. For more information, please watch our application-guidance video!
