EBC’s partners offer internships in various fields such as journalism, tourism and hospitality, administration, design etc. Internships are located in Moscow and St Petersburg and are available throughout the year. Elementary level of Russian is a minimum requirement.

You can combine Russian language courses with an internship to ensure you really immerse yourself in the Russian language and culture.

Volunteering programmes are also available in hospitals, orphanages and  other social/environmental fields.

About Our Partners

Internships are available through two of our partners: Liden & Denz and Derzhavin Institute in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Liden & Denz

Both the St. Petersburg and the Moscow centres offer Russian language courses to those of all levels of Russian. They also offer internship programmes in fields such as: Sales & Marketing, Law, Office Management & Administration, Medicine, Public Relations, Mass Media and Hospitality & Tourism.

Derzhavin Institute

The St. Petersburg based school offers Russian language course to those of all levels of Russian. They also offer internship programmes in fields such as: IT, Law, Logistics & Export, Human Resources, Engineering, Finance, Education, Marketing & Branding, Design, International Communication and Medicine.

Liden & Denz Internships

Liden & Denz offer internships throughout the year through their Moscow and St Petersburg centres. Duration of an internship is from 4-24 weeks.

Requirements to carry out an internship are:

1) Minimum age 21.
2) Russian language level of at least A2 (Elementary Level).
3) Previous work experience or relevant qualification in the chosen field of interest.

A 4-week Russian language course is necessary to be completed prior to engaging in the internship programme. This course is taken at any Liden & Denz centres (Moscow, St Petersburg or Riga).

4-week Russian language course: €1,120
Internship Placement fee: €250
Liden & Denz course enrolment fee: €120

Derzhavin Institute Internships

Derzhavin Institute offers internships throughout the year through their St Petersburg centre. Duration of an internship is from 1-8 weeks.

Minimum required age to carry out the internship is 20.

A 4-week Russian language course is necessary to be completed prior to engaging in the internship programme. This course is taken at Derzhavin Institute, St Petersburg.

Fees:
4-week Russian language course: €780
Internship Placement fee: €500
Liden & Denz course enrolment fee: €70

Liden & Denz Volunteering

Liden & Denz offer volunteering placements in Moscow and St Petersburg throughout the year. Duration of placements is from 2-24 weeks.

Requirements to carry out a volunteering programme are:

1) Minimum age 18.
2) Russian language level of at least A2 (Elementary Level).

A 2-week Russian language course is necessary to be completed prior to engaging in the volunteering programme. This course is taken at any Liden & Denz centres (Moscow, St Petersburg or Riga).

Volunteering Placement fee: €250
