APPLICATION PROCESS
When applying, we will guide you every step of the way.
Here, you can find general application guidance and a timeline. Although the process looks more or less the same for all the courses, we recommend contacting us in advance to ensure you secure a spot in the course of your choice.

Choose where and what you want to study
Choose the course you want to take and select your preferred location from the list of courses on the Home page. Browse the Location page to see which destination appeals to you the most. For more information about your options and to get a quote, feel free to email us.

Apply for your course
Please send us your completed application form (we will provide it to you) along with a copy of your passport.
Depending on the study course, it can take from 2 days to 2 weeks to confirm your place and issue a Letter of Confirmation. Some schools may require students to take entrance tests before enrolling them in the course. We recommend applying for your studies at least 3 months before your intended start date, especially if you plan to study in late spring to early autumn (these are very busy months).

Arrange your accommodation and flights
You can reserve your accommodation through the school by indicating your preference in your application form. Typically, you'll have the option of staying with a host family or in student flats.
Alternatively, you can arrange private accommodation through trusted websites. We'll also ask you to confirm your arrival details so that we can arrange your airport transfer if requested.

Make payment
We typically to send the invoice for your tuition and accommodation fees (if applicable) 3-4 weeks before your arrival.
Payment must be made no later than 2 weeks before your arrival.

Final arrangements
We will provide you with all the information about your course, including details about your first day at school and enrollment, approximately 3 weeks before your course commences.
You can expect to hear from us again closer to your departure and at the beginning of your program to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Throughout your course, we will stay in touch and offer assistance if needed.
