TBILISI

Tbilisi is the capital and largest city of Georgia, a country located in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia.
 

Tbilisi is known for its diverse architectural styles, blending medieval, classical, and Soviet influences.
The city is situated along the banks of the Mtkvari River and is surrounded by picturesque hills and mountains.


Tbilisi has a vibrant arts and cultural scene, with numerous art galleries, theaters, and music venues. Georgian cuisine is renowned for its unique flavors, and visitors can enjoy traditional dishes like khachapuri (cheese-filled bread) and khinkali (dumplings).

While Georgian is the official language of Georgia and the predominant language spoken by the majority of the population, it is common for some residents of Tbilisi to speak Russian as well.

Tbilisi is becoming a popular destination travelers who want to explore new places and culture. It is especially in demand from spring to early autumn.

Goga Askurava Language Centre, established in 1995, is Georgia’s top language and interpreter organization. Goga Askurava and other company interpreters actively participate in several international forums hosted by the World Bank, the Embassy of the USA in Georgia, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the EU. The company collaborates with international projects and all existing TV channels.

Compared to many other Russian-speaking destinations, Tbilisi remains a relatively affordable city, making it perfect for long-term studies.

The school actively employs situation-based exercises, improvisation, and role-plays, allowing students to apply new vocabulary and gain confidence in communicating in Russian across various situations.

The school offers tuition in closed mini-groups as well as individual lessons. You have the flexibility to choose both the course intensity and duration.

Good news: nationals of many countries can stay in Georgia visa-free for up to a year. For example, if you are a citizen of the UK, USA, or European countries and plan to spend more than 3 months in Tbilisi, you do not need a visa. However, you will need a letter of invitation, which we will provide when you enroll in the course.
